The competition aims to evaluate competitors' employment readiness and recognize excellence in customer service. It involves live role-playing situations that demonstrate the ability to perform various customer service skills. These skills are selected from a list of competencies determined by the SkillsUSA Championships technical committee. Participants showcase their excellence and professionalism in customer service through practical, real-world scenarios, highlighting their competence in handling diverse situations. Outstanding students demonstrating excellence in customer service are acknowledged for their achievements.
