The competition evaluates a competitor's creative, technical, and oral presentation skills while recognizing excellence and professionalism. Participants design and produce a rendering of a state conference T-shirt design, showcasing their artistic and technical abilities. Additionally, competitors give a presentation covering all aspects of their design creation, demonstrating effective communication and presentation skills.
